Liability for Loss or Damage

Loss in Transit: Luxury Leather Laundry (LLL) accepts no liability for loss of items in transit, in case of any loss or damage, the company will only be able to provide 10% the value of the goods damaged or lost, or 4 times the cost of the order, whichever is lower once it is approved by the company shareholders and a thorough investigation is completed.

Damage to Product: While LLL will make every effort to prevent damage to your item, we accept no financial responsibility for any damage that may occur during the repair or restoration process. We will, however, use our best efforts to rectify any damage within our capabilities.

Logistics: For deliveries outside Delhi, we utilize a third-party logistics service and accept no liability for any issues arising from their services.
Payment and Order Cancellation

Non-Refundable Orders: All orders placed with LLL are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellation Fees: If a customer decides to cancel an order after pickup, they will be responsible for both the pickup and delivery charges.

Payment Terms: For deliveries outside Delhi NCR, full payment is required upon completion of the work and after the customer has approved the condition of the item through photos and videos shared via WhatsApp. The order will be dispatched only after receipt of payment proof.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on delivery is not available for orders outside Delhi NCR.
